If you keep on doing the same thing , you will continue getting the same results. It’s like boarding the same flight, expecting to get to a different destination!
You want to see different results you have to be willing to try something new, you have to get out of your comfort zone, try a different approach. Take baby steps each day. Try to change a negative habit, incorporate something new in your day. Take the first steps to bettering yourself even if you have to crawl.
