We have to take care of ourselves in order to be our best. We can not be there for others when we are not well. Self care enables you to take care of yourself holistically. You have to take care of yourself physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. If one thing is out of balance, you as a whole become out of balance.
1. Make sure you take all your vitamins.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Eat healthy.
4. Exercise .
6. Always take a moment to reflect on your day.
7. Do things that relaxe you.
8. Always take deep breaths when you are overwhelmed.
9. Ask for help when needed.
10. Take a break when you are tired and overwhelmed.
11. Get enough sleep
12. Pamper yourself from time to time.
13. Do daily affirmations of how great you are.
14. ”Try” to turn negative thoughts into positive thoughts.
15. Surround yourself with positive people who bring out the best in you.
16. Do what makes your heart smile.
17. Find your passion in life.
