You always have to make your well-being a priority. When you are in a good place emotionally, physically and spiritually you are able to give more of yourself to your loved ones. This starts with self care, it is crucial to make time for yourself regularly. Self care can be as little as 30 minutes a day, make sure you are doing little things that will improve your your overall well-being. You can work out, do yoga, take a bubble bath, have dinner with a loved one, read a book,etc. It can be anything that you enjoy doing and helps you de-stress. Always make your well-being a priority and keep in mind that you can’t pour from an empty cup.
